Shipping time
We provide free shipping to all countries available. You will receive a tracking code in your email when your order has been shipped out from one of our warehouses worldwide, depending on your location. You can track your order via our Order Tracker.
Please rest assured, taxes and duties are already covered and paid by Bailey Amsterdam. During peak times fulfilling orders can take a couple days. The estimated delivery time:

*Custom clearances may affect shipping delays in some orders / we are experiencing high amount of orders which may cause a slight delay in fulfilment time.
Returns / Swap item(s)
It is possible to return or swap your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. If you would like to change your current item(s) for any other item(s) on our website, please contact us at info@tmandcojewels.com.
Important notice: Handmade collection item(s) are non-refundable.
Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original conditions and packaging, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns if it does not match our return policy.
A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipment costs.
How to return?
- Notify us at to get the return address support@tmandcojewels.com.
- Print your order confirmation and put this in the package.
- Send with your local carrier to our return address.
* We will refund your money within 5 business days.
Cancelling order / Wrong adress
Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@tmandcojewels.com.

SHIPPING FAQ'S
01.WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Custom duties and taxes are now included for some international countries. For these countries, you will see a message at Checkout letting you know there will be no additional import charges.
For all other international countries, orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. You now have the option to pay these charges upfront at Checkout, or choose to pay them when your order is delivered. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.
Customers paying in Euros:We would like to reassure all customers paying in Euros that there will be no uninvited costs (additional customs taxes and duties) from Brexit's new trading laws.
To our customers in Australia:please note that we need to add a service tax (GST) to all orders from Australia in order for us to comply with Australian import tax laws. Please see the ATO website for more details.
02. IS VAT OR COUNTRY TAX APPLIED TO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
VAT (20% tax) is included in product prices listed on the UK site for all orders being shipped in the UK.
For orders being shipped outside the UK, corresponding VAT and taxes are included either in the product price or added at Checkout, depending on your shipping country.
Import duties & taxes are not included on US orders. Orders over $800 may be subject to these charges on delivery and are payable by the receiver.
03. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order has been placed we're unable to make any changes or cancel the order. Once you have received your order, you can use our Returns portal to return any unwanted items.
04. CAN MY ORDER BE REDIRECTED?
Unfortunately we're unable to redirect orders once they have left our warehouse, so please make sure to provide a shipping address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you would still like to try and redirect your parcel once it's been despatched, please contact the courier directly to see if this would be possible.
05. CAN YOU DELIVER MY ORDER TO A PO BOX ADDRESS?
Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is so that we can ensure the safe delivery and receipt of your Missoma order.
06. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY OF MY PERSONALISED ORDER TAKE?
Orders with engraving or monogramming items will be delivered in 7-10 working days. (Delivery times exclude UK Bank Holidays.)
Orders that have both a personalised and non-personalised item cannot be split into two separate shipments and will be delivered in 7-10 working days.

07. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you tracking details once your order has been sent out from our warehouse - this can be found on your order despatch email.
